The operator

A single controlled practice.

Vindox is operated as a deliberately limited recovery practice. Matters are run directly by the operator, with active work capped so that every accepted matter receives operator-level review. Files are not passed through a call-centre queue or a volume-chasing workflow.

The product is judgment: whether the evidence can carry pressure, whether a debtor reply is substantive, whether a deadline should be held and whether the matter should move to a solicitor. Those decisions sit with the operator responsible for the file, not with a queue.

Why Vindox exists

The gap is not effort. It is record discipline.

An overdue commercial invoice is often not chased. It is reminded about. A reminder is not a chase. A chase is not recovery. By the time an invoice is sixty days late, the pattern is usually visible. The creditor is still sending reminders. The debtor has learned there is no file, no rhythm and no deadline being held.

Vindox exists for the matters where reminders have run out but legal action is premature, expensive or commercially unattractive. It occupies the ground between credit control and litigation. That is where a serious file, properly built and held against a deadline, moves matters that would otherwise drift.

A collector asks for payment. Vindox builds the record that makes non-payment harder to defend.

Boundaries

The boundaries, stated plainly.

Vindox works within firm limits. The limits are part of the discipline.

Not a law firm

Vindox does not provide legal advice, issue proceedings or act as a solicitor.

No insolvency threats

Vindox does not issue or threaten statutory demands, winding-up petitions or insolvency action.

No consumer debt

Vindox is limited to commercial invoice matters. Consumer debt is outside scope.

No client money

Debtor payments are made directly to the client. Vindox does not hold client funds.

No public pressure

No naming, shaming, harassment or reputational pressure. The method is evidence, rhythm, deadlines and documented follow-up.

Accountability

Accountable by design.

Every accepted matter is run against a defined scope. No debtor communication is sent without client approval. No pressure is applied before the file has been reviewed. If the file cannot carry pressure, the recommendation is to stop, gather evidence or refer the matter elsewhere.
